Simon Goodall and friends Dave Morris and Stu Barber have recently released a new album, When The Music Fades through Kingsway Music. The album sees them performing songs written by Matt Redman, Paul Oakley, Ken Riley and others. Simon is now working on material for his next solo album which will see him moving in a worship-music direction and will be released on his new indie label front2back.
Paul Oakley is reported to be working on a new album, Kiss The River with producer Alan Shacklock, best known for his work with the Alarm but who also recently produced Phatfish. The album is said to "take Paul back to his roots".
Graeme Sutherland is now a permanent member of Scotland's Aieris, joining the band on drums. He has previously worked with the Paul Oakley band and with a permanent drummer now on board the band hope to play some gigs this summer. Aieris are already working on new material for a second EP. Their first, Meet Your Maker, has been receiving play on BBC Radio Scotland.
