Kosher, who describe themselves as "Machine Head meets Cypress Hill" and who include former 3rd Day Rising guitarist Mike Spear and Gethsemane Rose/Steve drummer Steve Russell within their number have just completed their first album, White Lies. Produced by Jeff Rose and Clive Webbe (ex-Dub War), the album is available for a tenner from a company called Gottalife. The band have three promotion teams talking to major labels and hope to start touring soon.

3rd Day Rising Up From the Flames (21st Apr 2000)

Contrary to many reports, 3rd Day Rising still exists. The band lost its guitarist (to Kosher) and drummer and their website reported that the band had split up. A few months on, 3rd Day Rising are back with a new direction, new members, and a new website. The band are confident that they still have much to offer, and are moving in a more mainstream rock direction rather than continuing with the metal, and debut live on the 16th June.
