Innervation is a new initiative bringing together the management company Kik-Start, the record label Movation and other groups to form schools outreach bands across the country. Initially working with Shine and V-Enna, the organisation's plans include forming a number of "clone" bands who will share the same material in order to spread resources across the country. The organisation, which will be headed by Mark Pennells (ex-WWMT and now manager of Kik-Start), record producer Zarc Porter (Perfect Music/Movation), Rob White (a baptist minister in Manchester, formerly with YFC) and George Petch.
