New Generation Ministries have announced that they and their flagship band, dba, have parted ways. dba are on the verge of releasing their long awaited first mainstream single and best guess is that since NGM remains a mission based organisation their paths are no longer intertwined. Exciting autumn in store for Psalmistry (09th Sep 1998)
Psalmistry have been busyworking on a compilation album to raise money for House The Youth 2000.From humble beginnings, the album is now set to include Fat Boy Slim,Portishead, Fun Loving Criminals, Asian Dub Foundation, Boy George, PeteTony, and Sasha, alongside Hydro, Matt Redman, and, of course, Psalmistry.The album, to be called Streetwise will be launched on 25th Octoberat Ministry Of Sound, London. The group's lineup has changed slightly,with Lucy (back from Storm) and Helen (formerly with S'Dance) on vocals.The group hope to have a new album out in November with distributionthrough the UK and Europe with Word and hopefully distribution furtherafield.
dba Prepare For Mainstream Single Launch (09th Sep 1998)
Popular euro-dance act, dba, are set to release their first mainstream single on the dtox label. More details as we get them.
