Breath of Heaven (20th Aug 2001)

Breath of Heaven is the title of the long-awaited new album from David Fitzgerald. The album, which includes a number of Dave's own pieces alongside songs from writers such as Graham Kendrick, Chris Eaton and Joanne Hogg (Iona), is said by Dave to have been inspired by hearing a song Chris Eaton wrote performed at the Albert Hall and picks up links between the terms "breath" and "spirit" within the bible. The album is entirely instrumental, a first for Dave whose last couple of releases have featured choirs prominently. ICC will be releasing Breath of Heaven on September 1st.

Graham, Matt and Martin (13th Feb 2001)

The first Graham Kendrick album in six years ago is currently being recorded. What Grace is produced by Andy Piercy (remember After The Fire?) and includes contributions from Matt Redman and Delirious? frontman Martin Smith. Kendrick says the album will be made up mostly of songs "focusing on the Lord", trying to move away from the experiential trend which has dominated much recent worship music. The album will release on April 1st and is to be distributed by Delirious' distribution company Fierce! who have also just released the new album by US surf-pop-rockers Switchfoot.

Busy Month for Tribe (05th Dec 2000)

The World Wide Message Tribe have a busy few weeks coming up. Tonight they have a city-wide gig and have sent invites to all the schools in Manchester. For the rest of the week the group will be in Belfast at another schools event which will also feature Graham Kendrick and former WWMT member Deronda K Lewis. After that they're off to Azerbaijan with Operation Christmas Child before returning for the Christmas Planet Life with Phatfish and Cameron Dante.
