New Evergreen Album (09th Nov 2001)

Evergreen are about to return to the scene with a new (yet to be titled) album. Band frontman Ali Loaker, who has just completed two years at bible college and is about to start working as a youth pastor in Stevenage, says that the album is "a lot more praise and worship orientated than Dalek Boy", the band's previous album. The album is due to be released at Christmas.

Catching Up on Snippets (15th Jun 2000)

A few more short stories... Evergreen are working on the follow-up to their debut album, Dalek Boy. The new release apparently includes some worship material, and is to be produced by Phil Goss (As If). London-based rappers MinistriOfDefence hope to have their debut EP out this summer. World Wide Message Tribe vocalist Doronda Lewis is to leave the group after they complete their summer activities and is planning a solo career.

Praise Revolution and British Artists (19th May 2000)

US-based Praise Revolution Records are putting together a compilation album which will feature a range of UK artists including Evergreen, One:lite, and TVB. The album is due for release on June 15th. The label are also talking to Matt Redman about involving him in the project. UK distribution will be through Spirit Music.

Infopop Info (16th Mar 1999)

Cambridgeshire based Infopop have split up. A new band, Evergreen has been formed by former Infopop-singer, Ali Loaker.
