Milky Lunch
Milky Lunch. How can it be described? What started in the winter of 1999 when 4 freshers from Leeds University got together with no big ideas in mind has now evolved into something entirely different. Now with a fifth member, Milky Lunch has left behind its infant days and has now well and truly flown out of its mothers nest. With a loop-driven indie/rock sound inspired by the greats, the Milky sound is both varied and exciting, never bland. Milky Lunch are without doubt at their best live; and having gigged as far south as London, at numerous outreach events in Leeds and Derby, not to mention performing to a packed Millenium Square, the Milky boys have certainly proven this to be true.
Delirious are to hit the road in the UK for their 2004 "World service" tour following the release of the hugely anticipated album of the same name at the end of last year. Dates include:
oct 05 Portsmouth, Guildhall
oct 06 Reading, Hexagon
